Company Drivers

Hogan hires singles, teams, and students for runs mainly East of the Rockies, regional and or local positions in selected areas, and for Dedicated freight positions.  There are currently over 40 Dedicated fleets through out the US (see Driver Opportunities map for exact locations) 

Earning Power
Solos earn up to $.40/mile
Teams earn up to $.43/mile

Includes 2 cpm bonus paid monthly to all drivers meeting or exceeding monthly mileage goals

• EQUIPMENT    Hogan has an all-automatic Conventional Fleet
• DRIVER QUALIFICATIONS Drivers must be 21 years of age, stable employment record, CDL in a state of residence, and be able to pass a physical exam, and drug and alcohol testing
• PAY Your weekly pay is loaded directly onto a ComCard or directly to your bank account so you can have quick access to it
• TOLL CARDS Hogan utilizes EZ Pass for Eastern state toll roads and the Oklahoma Toll Card to help avoid out of pocket expenses
• PRE PASS Hogan utilizes the nationwide Prepass system that allows you to bypass weight stations and reduce your downtime
• DISPATCH Our drivers are assigned to one professional driver manager to ensure consistent communication.  High volume pre-planned dispatch system
• 401K  PLAN Hogan matches a portion of your contribution
• VACATION AND HOLIDAY PAY Hogan provides attractive vacation and holiday pay packages
• MEDICAL INSURANCE Major Medical plan for all doctor visits and prescription cards available for employee and families.
• DENTAL INSURANCE Available for employee and family for a nominal additional charge.
• LIFE INSURANCE $10,000 life insurance and $10,000 accidental death insurance at no cost to employee

• LAYOVER/LOADING/  UNLOADING PAY Most of our drivers seldom experience layover, loading or unloading.  However, if they do, we pay
• DRIVER REFERRAL We have a program in place for successfully referring another driver
• PASSENGER PROGRAM Details available upon request
• TRAINING PROGRAMS Hogan can assist with Driver Training.  After only 2 weeks of quality training to receive your class A CDL,  you can enter the fleet for our 4-week finishing (and receive a guaranteed weekly paycheck, tuition reimbursement and begin your career as a highly sought after Over The Road truck driver)   After the finishing program you are assigned your own unit and begin our accelerated pay package that gives you a pay increase every 3 months until you reach one year of service.

Owner Operators

Owner Operators are paid $.90 per mile for all miles both dispatched and empty. If you have your own base plate the pay is $.915 per mile for all miles.

• SETTLEMENTS Weekly settlements by Comdata or direct deposit
