C.S.A: What You Need To Know

Compliance - Safety - Accountability (CSA) is a Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) initiative to improve public safety by ultimately reducing large truck and bus crashes, injuries and fatalities.

Recently, the FMCSA allowed carriers to view how they are performing in each of the seven Behavior Analysis Safety Improvement Categories (BASICs), which is the pending Safety Measurement System the FMCSA is using to track driver performance.

Various phases of this new safety initiative will continue to occur, with full implementation completed in 2011.

Hogan has created a power point on CSA to help you understand how it works and the impact on your fleet and drivers.   Click here to view the power point presentation.
